Erasmus Mundus Mobility Scholarships

Erasmus Mundus Mobility scholarships for varying periods

Besides full Master’s courses and Doctoral programmes, Erasmus Mundus offers mobility scholarships for individuals from targeted non-EU countries who wish to do a study exchange in European universities.

  • The period of study can vary from 1 to 34 months (even full degree studies).
  • Scholarships are available for students, researchers and academic staff – even for individuals who have already entered working life.

In principle, students from all fields and levels of study (including teachers and staff) can apply. However, the conditions and availability of scholarships differ depending on the country concerned.

Students who receive a scholarship can receive assistance with travel and insurance costs and a monthly allowance.

How to apply for these scholarships

For each non-European country or region involved (also called: a “Lot”), there is a list of European universities which a student can apply to (these networks of universities are called “Partnerships” or “Erasmus Mundus Action 2”).

If you are interested in applying for these Erasmus Mundus mobility scholarships, please contact the university network in question directly – see the list below. You can find the contact details on the websites presented in the list.

Please note that the Erasmus Mundus mobility scholarships are only applicable to those Finnish universities included in the networks listed in the table below.
