Introduction to the Foundation for Excellence Scholarship
The Foundation for Excellence Scholarship for Technical Courses 2025 is designed to empower talented students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. This initiative supports higher education pursuits in fields such as engineering, integrated M.Tech, MBBS, and 5-year law programs.
Funding and Support for Scholars
Each selected scholar will receive an annual funding of ₹50,000 for the duration of their chosen course. In addition to financial assistance, the scholarship program offers skilling programs, mentorship, and placement support. These resources aim to enhance scholars’ employability and facilitate personal development, ensuring they are well-equipped for their professional journeys.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To qualify for the Foundation for Excellence Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria: 1) Enrollment as a first-year student in BE/B.Tech, integrated M.Tech, MBBS, or a 5-year law program for the 2025-26 academic year. 2) Successful completion of class 12 or an equivalent qualifying exam in 2023 or later, with a minimum of 70% marks. 3) Admission via general/open merit rank through state/national-level entrance exams or counseling processes. 4) Total family income should not exceed INR 3,00,000 from all sources.
