The Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its prestigious postgraduate scholarship programme. This scholarship offers interest-free loans to Indian students who have a consistently high academic record and wish to pursue postgraduate studies at top-ranking institutions.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Indian National: Applicants must be Indian nationals residing in India.
2. Age Limit: Applicants must be below 30 years of age as of January 31, 2024.
3. Graduation: Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Indian university.
4. Final Year Students: Students in their final year of the degree course or those awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
5. Postgraduate Studies: Applicants must be planning to pursue postgraduate studies at top-ranking institutions from Fall 2024.
6. Admission: The award of the scholarship is subject to securing admission. Applicants who have applied and are awaiting acceptance from the university are also eligible to apply.
The application process for the Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship Programme is as follows:
1. Application Period: All applications are invited in the month of January for every academic year.
2. Registration: Applicants need to register on the official website using their email address and create a password.
3. Application Fee: A payment of Rs.500/- must be made online to access the application form.
4. Application Form: Fill in the required details in the ‘Full Application Part 1-2-3’ and submit the form. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
5. Document Upload: Shortlisted candidates will be required to upload the requested documents.
6. Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will need to attend interviews scheduled between April and June 2024.
7. Orientation Programme: Selected scholars must attend an Orientation Programme in July 2024. Attendance is mandatory for both the interviews and the Orientation Programme.
